Summary

What happened, as the record shows.

On June 7, 1992, friends Suzie Streeter, 19, and Stacy McCall, 18, and Streeter's mother Sherrill Levitt, 47, vanished from Levitt's home in Springfield, Missouri. Their cars, purses, and belongings were left behind; the only clues were a smashed porch light and an accidentally erased answering-machine message. A 1997 claim of responsibility by a convicted kidnapper was dismissed by investigators. No trace of the three women has ever been found.
