Summary

What happened, as the record shows.

On October 11, 1991, a survey crew found a badly decomposed woman in garbage bags near the railroad tracks on Myrtle Street in New Britain, Connecticut, across from the former Fafnir Bearing Company. She had died of a gunshot wound to the head and is estimated to have been dead for three weeks to four months before she was found. She was wearing a sleeveless jumper style dress printed with panda bears. No one in New Britain had reported her missing. Her body was later exhumed so the FBI could produce an updated likeness of her face. DNA Doe Project research indicates she had many DNA matches from Puerto Rico, and the case remains in research with her identity unknown.
