Freda Jane Knowshisgun, 34, of Crow Agency, Montana, was in Kennewick, Washington, in October 2016 trying to get money wired so she could travel home to her three children. A friend sent the transfer, a misspelling caused a short delay, and when the friend called back roughly 15 minutes later Freda was gone from the Walmart customer service counter and her phone was no longer working. She never collected the money. Her mother reported her missing in November 2016. No suspect has been named and no arrest has been made.
