Summary

What happened, as the record shows.

Felipe Santos, 23, and Terrance Williams, 27, vanished in Naples, Florida, in October 2003 and January 2004 after separate traffic stops by a Collier County deputy, who said he dropped each man at a Circle K. Neither claim was corroborated, and both men were never seen again. The deputy was later fired for policy violations and was never charged. The cases were covered on Wikipedia, NPR, and in documentary reporting, and both men remain missing. No one has been charged in either disappearance.
