Summary
What happened, as the record shows.
Hyun Jong Song, known as Cindy, was a 21 year old senior at Pennsylvania State University majoring in integrative arts and set to graduate in May 2002. She had moved to the United States from Seoul, South Korea, in 1995 and lived with relatives in Virginia before college. On Halloween night, October 31, 2001, she attended a party at Players Nite Club in a bunny costume with friends Stacy Paik and Lisa Kim, then visited a friend's apartment before Paik dropped her off at her State College Park Apartments home at about 4:00 a.m. on November 1. Her false eyelashes, backpack, and cell phone were later found in the apartment, but her purse and costume were missing, and there was no sign of forced entry or a struggle. Her credit cards, bank account, and phone records showed no activity afterward, and no one has been charged in her disappearance.
