Summary
What happened, as the record shows.
Asia Nicole Martin, 19, nicknamed Nikkie, was living at Robinson Place Apartments in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, having taken a semester off college to help her sick mother. On May 27, 2005, she left home to take a walk and never returned. Three days earlier she had purchased a bus ticket to visit her mother in Denver, Colorado, but never boarded. Her family says leaving voluntarily would be uncharacteristic. No suspect has been named and no arrest has been made in her disappearance.
