Summary
What happened, as the record shows.
Amy Fitzpatrick, 15, an Irish girl, walked home from babysitting in Mijas Costa, Spain, on New Year's Day 2008, a walk of only minutes, and has never been seen again. No trace of her has ever been found. A 500,000 euro ransom call in June 2009 led nowhere. In August 2026 her father Christopher urged the Gardai cold case unit to form a joint investigation team with Spanish police. No one has been charged.
