Alyssa Nicole Taylor, 25, of Oak Hall, Virginia, was last confirmed in Exmore on September 13, 2022, after texting her mother that she would ride in a friend's tractor-trailer to North Carolina. The truck crashed and burned on I-85 near Hillsborough, North Carolina, the next morning, and the North Carolina State Highway Patrol concluded she was not in the truck at the crash. She has never been found.
